Sorayli Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Matter Development, the operator of Sorayli, covering the Sorayli web and mobile apps. By creating an account or using Sorayli you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Sorayli.

What Sorayli is

Sorayli is a personal finance tracker: it stores the transactions, budgets, and receipts you give it, reads scanned receipts with AI, and shows you summaries and insights about your own spending. It does not connect to your bank, hold money, or execute payments on your behalf.

Not financial advice

Insights, categorizations, chat answers, and any other AI-generated output are informational tools computed from the data you entered. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

Acceptable use

Do not use Sorayli to break the law, to probe or disrupt the service, to access other people’s accounts or data, to resell the service, or to upload content that is malicious or that you have no right to store. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Your data, our software

Your financial data and receipt images remain yours; you give us only the license needed to store and process them so the app can function, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Sorayli software, brand, and design remain ours.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep Sorayli available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may change, add, or retire features; if we ever discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and the ability to export your data.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect; continuing to use Sorayli after that means you accept the updated terms.
